The mandatory equipment regulations for the 4th Jangsu Trail Race are currently under final review. The regulations will be updated soon, and we will notify you as soon as they are available. Please refer to this for your equipment preparations.
종목별 남/여 각각 상위 10명의 주자들은 필수 장비 검사를 실시합니다. 다른 완주자는 랜덤으로 검사합니다. 출발선 및 체크포인트(CP)에서 필수 장비 검사를 실시할 수 있으며, 필수 장비가 부족하면 실격(레이스 중단) 또는 시간 패널티가 적용됩니다.
The top 10 male and female runners in each category must undergo a mandatory equipment check. Other finishers will be randomly selected for this check. Mandatory equipment inspections can be conducted at the starting line and at checkpoints. Lack of mandatory equipment will result in disqualification (race discontinuation) or time penalties.

모든 참가자는 본인의 배번을 착용하고 레이스에 참여해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 배번을 사용한 경우 실격처리되며, 주최자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다른 사람의 배번을 달고 레이스에 참여하는 경우 주최자가 선수의 연락처와 비상연락처를 알 수 없으므로 안전을 책임질 수 없습니다.
You must race with your own race bib. If you run with another person’s bib and you have not formally transferred that bib with the organizer, you will be disqualified, and the organizer is not responsible for you on the course. If you run with another person’s bib, you endanger yourself and others as the organizer will not have your medical records or your emergency contact information.
선수들은 레이스 도중 필요한 물과 식량을 스스로 준비해야 하며, 필수 장비를 반드시 착용하고 출발 및 도착하여야 합니다. 출발지를 제외한 코스와 CP에서는 물품 보관 서비스가 없습니다. 단, 100K 주자들은 중간 체크포인트에서 드랍백을 이용할 수 있습니다.
Runners are required to be semi-sufficient and must have their mandatory gear with them at all times during the race. There won't be drop bags on the course or at checkpoints, except for 100K runners who can use drop bags at the mid-race checkpoint.
필수 장비를 지참하지 않고 완주한 경우, 입상에서 제외되며 실격 처리 등 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다. 장수트레일레이스 코스는 날씨가 갑자기 습하고 추워질 수 있으므로, 선크림, 모자, 보온 의류 등 모든 상황에 대응할 수 있도록 적절한 장비를 준비해야 합니다.
Runners who don't carry mandatory gear will be excluded from prizes. In this mountain area, the weather can suddenly turn wet and cold, so you must prepare adequate clothing for all conditions, including sunblock, headwear, and warm clothing.
대회 주간, 기상 상황에 따라 필수 장비가 변경될 수 있습니다.

모든 참가자는 대회 참가 전 서약서를 제출해야 합니다.
Everyone participating in the Jangsu Trail Race must fill out our indemnity form and submit it at the race kit collection.
*일회용품을 줄이기 위하여 모든 CP에서 종이컵이 제공되지 않습니다. 참가자들은 반드시 개인컵이나 개인 물통을 이용하여 급수하여야 합니다.
Paper cups are not available at any CP due to environmental reasons. Runners must carry a personal cup or water bottles.
